Balance Pro MOTR Sessions
Bespoke Group Sessions
Bespoke group sessions based on the traditional Pilates principles, with all of Cat's usual own creative methods, using the cutting-edge Balanced Body MOTR (all equipment provided).
The MOTR is a self-contained full body training system targeting strength training, balance and agility work, functional training, cardio and core: the workouts you need to gain a strong, agile body and balanced musculature. Sessions will be a proactive pace targeting all areas.
Working through multiple different positions and ranges.
Build flexibility and strength and create long, lean, toned muscles.
Work on balance, coordination and functional movements, really challenging your body.
Work on your "power house" - your core. Build the best foundations for your body to function optimally and pain free.
