Group sessions for Patrons and Pro’s specifically targeting fitness areas required for Polo using the
amazing Balance Body MOTR’s. (all equipment provided)
These sessions are not designed to necessarily replace any current training, but to enhance other
areas sometimes not targeted in mainstream sessions.

The latest equipment - Balanced Body MOTR

Balance Pro Polo has secured 10 of these cutting edge pieces of equipment which will be used throughout the session.  They are fully transportable so can be brought to any location.

The MOTR is a self-contained full body training system. MOTR’s innovative design allows you to work out in eight different body positions, and quickly level up – or down – resistance while targeting specific muscle groups. Strength training, balance and agility work, functional training, cardio and core: the workouts you need to gain a strong, agile body and balanced musculature, the body you need to be the best in your field at Polo.

Core Areas

  • improved strength and flexibility - to facilitate the demands of Polo specific moves, such as rotation and leaning off the pony. Decreasing chances of injury and alleviating persistent niggles.
  • improved balance - enabling greater stability in all positions whilst playing, hitting, hooking, riding off, changing direction, changing pace. Improving your balance ultimately improves the performance abilities of your greatest asset, the pony.
  • improved coordination - improving the ability to strike the ball effectively whilst maintaining good horsemanship,
  • improved strength and stamina - decreasing fatigue at the end of the game and decreasing the chance of injury when fatigued and still being able to give 100% even in extra time.
  • improved mental coordination - enabling the mind to react quickly in thought and then put it into action physically.
  • improved neuromuscular control – enabling you to have control over every limb and every movement precisely increasing your hitting ability and control over the pony. Ever have a situation where you know what you want to do, you just cannot physically quite put it into place?
  • improved reactions – with improved neuromuscular control and mental coordination comes improved reactions both with regards to time and accuracy. The ability to react to a play and action your response in the fastest time possible, efficiently without wasting energy.
  • improved core strength – our core is our foundation and with improved strength you will be able to reach out that little more for a hook, stay balanced more on the pony, ride harder into a ride off.
