Terms and Conditions for Children's Zoom Classes
-The zoom link sent to you, is only for you and must not be shared with anyone else.
-If you are having technical difficulties please e-mail info@balancepro.co.uk and the issue will be looked into. As the class is live it may not be possible to sort the issue there and then.

Exercise is not without risks and this or any other exercise programme may result in injury. They include but are not limited to: risk of injury, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, or adverse effect of over-exertion such as muscle strain, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorders of heart beat, and very rare instances of heart attack. To reduce the risk of injury, before beginning this or any exercise programme, please consult a healthcare provider for appropriate exercise prescription and safety precautions. The exercise instruction and advice presented in the classes are in no way intended as a substitute for medical consultation. Balance Pro Junior disclaims any liability from and in connection with the classes.
As with any exercise programme, if at any point during the class you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have any physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Please take note of the following precautions before taking the class:
To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning the classes. By participating in the classes you are doing so at your own risk. Balance Pro Junior will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our Pilates programmes.
Please use good judgement and common sense when taking the class, consider your/your child’s level and ability and choose the appropriate level of the exercises and rest when you need to.
Please ensure you are in a clear space with no obvious hazards, with ventilation, appropriate lighting and access to water.

-By joining the class you are agreeing that your child can answer “NO” to all the following questions:
1. Has your doctor ever said that your child has a heart condition or any other medical condition and that your child should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
2. Does your child ever experience chest pain during physical activity?
3. Does your child ever lose balance because of dizziness or do they ever lose consciousness?
4. Does your child have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by taking part in a physical activity/exercise session?
5. Does your child have uncontrolled asthma (i.e. asthma that is not easily controlled by an inhaler?
6. Is your doctor currently prescribing any medication for your child?
7. Do you know of any other reasons why your child should not undergo physical activity? This might include diabetes, a recent injury, or serious illness.
If you answered “YES” to one or more questions:
Talk to your doctor discussing with him/her those questions you answered yes to.
Ask your doctor if your child is able to participate in the physical activity requirements of the class.
-You the parent/guardian maintain freedom of consent. Participation in fitness activities is voluntary and the child, parent or guardian has the right to refuse to participate in any activity.
-Late arrival and therefore entry to the class will be allowed entirely at the instructor’s discretion.
-24 hours notice will be required if you cannot attend the class in order to qualify for a refund or credit for the next class.
